Overnight Kennel for Save a Life Pet Rescue at Oviedo Mall
Save a Life Pet Rescue wants to stop shuttling adoptable dogs to foster homes each night and instead keep them at its mall adoption space overnight. The LPA split 4-3 on whether the mall's development agreement should allow a kennel there, citing noise, odor, and no cap on dog numbers.
Oviedo Cemetery fence deviation request
A 4-foot aluminum fence will now run along the cemetery's Aulin Avenue property line to protect graves and old-growth trees, and to keep football-game parkers off graves. The fence will still sit roughly 17 feet back from the pavement.
Repeat trailer-parking violations at 1845 Greenbrook Court
The same rental property has been cited six times since 2024 for illegally parking a trailer, and the owner in California keeps getting notices while the tenant keeps violating. The magistrate set an April 28 deadline with $250-a-day fines after that.
Vacancy-in-candidacy procedures
