Kingsbridge PUD / seminary dormitories
The Reformed Theological Seminary can now replace planned apartment-style student housing with dormitories capped at 163 beds — far below the original 750-student plan, meaning less traffic. Neighbors got legal assurance the adjacent Kingsbridge East tracts are untouched.
Old Chuluota Road Right-of-Way Vacation
A sliver of abandoned road right-of-way splitting a parcel in two was vacated, keeping the sidewalk and utility easements, so a veterinary office can be built on a single consolidated lot.
Kingsbridge PUD amendment allowing seminary dormitories
RTS wants to replace part of its unused 120-unit apartment entitlement with a 40-bed short-term dormitory for week-long students, capped at 163 total beds. Neighbors worry about drainage into Long Lake, buffers near wetlands, and want clearer communication before the plan advances.
