Special event permit limits

The Goblin Court's director said Goblin Market runs at the Oviedo Mall six months a year, supports small local vendors, and asked council to find a solution — being capped at two events a year would hurt the community and vendors.

Speaking for the Oviedo Mall, he warned that capping events at two per year per applicant could push well-run recurring events — and their economic boost — to venues outside Oviedo and Seminole County.
