Oviedo Cemetery fence deviation

A church member described plans for a black picket fence around the cemetery to block game-night parking on graves, asking for relief from the 2-foot setback to spare oak trees and grave sites.

Reiterated the church's request, noting the fence would sit just inside the property line and accommodate football-game traffic without removing specimen oaks.
