Impact analysis
There's no direct hit to your wallet yet, but doing a nationwide executive search and potentially paying out transition costs will definitely run up a bill.
Bartow gets an experienced hand at the wheel, and headhunters or consulting firms might score a nice contract to run the search.
Winter Haven residents lose steady leadership right in the middle of ongoing city projects.
