Interlocal Service Boundary Agreement (ISBA) with Palm Beach County
The village and county agreed on a 20-year framework for future annexations along Southern Boulevard, including Arden and Artistry Lakes. It annexes nothing today, but Arden residents packed the hearing worried about their restrictive covenant, GAPO protections, taxes and a proposed AI data center. The county commission takes it up August 26.
