Tree protection and rodenticides

The Clearwater transplant and Sierra Club member said he's troubled that developers can clear every mature tree and replant skinny six-footers, and he passed out Safety Harbor's resolution opposing anti-coagulant rodenticides after spotting bait boxes near the Green Dolphin.
