Seabreeze canal dredging

A Seabreeze Drive resident, joined by neighbors, asked the city to dredge their silted-in canal, citing a missed three-year evaluation and a contractor dumping sediment over their seawalls during the sewer project; the city said a dredge report is due in two weeks.
