Board of County Commissioners - Jun 16, 2026
The board denied this commercial PUD modification 3-2 in May, then approved it 3-2 after the owners showed the protected wetland has been drained by adjacent ponds for decades. The change lets the last undeveloped parcel in the northeast I-95/IGP quadrant build its 221,000 square feet of retail, office — and now churches — flexibly. Neighbors get potential medical, grocery and hotel tenants; the wetland preservation requirement is gone.
