Walker Property PUD trail amendment

Spoke for area residents opposing the trail relocation, raised concerns about unsafely notified neighbors, changed lot-width colors on the plan, children walking in the road to the bus stop, and requested a special condition restricting construction traffic to Avenue D.

Applicant's representative explained the trail change was driven by right-of-way and stormwater costs to the city, not the developer, and agreed to the sidewalk compromise to move the project forward.
