Reported rising backyard breeder rabbit dumping and substandard flea-market conditions, praised the rabbit sales ban, and asked the county to add an "other" category to intake statistics. Also plugged a Sept. 15 meat-bingo fundraiser for Orlando Rabbit Care at Hollerbach's in Sanford.
