Explained the fabric awning kept ripping in hurricanes so they got a permitted metal replacement, and they never knew the containers were an issue since they predated their ownership.

Adjoining building owner said the containers were pushed to his property line, causing flooding into his building, blocked deliveries, blocked easement access, and a security incident with an intruder.
