An attorney and resident of the Q on Morrill Street flagged inconsistencies in the traffic studies (427 vs. 1,255+ new trips), warned cut-through traffic will hit narrow one-way Morrill Street, and asked the Commission to reconsider traffic mitigation, including a possible do-not-enter sign at Pine Place and Morrill.
