Boutique Hotel — Former Vinny's Lot
Description
A 12-room, one-story boutique hotel is planned on the old Vinny's lot downtown. Staff reviewed early elevations and pushed for design improvements; the developers see it as a beta test for larger downtown hotels.
Impact summary
Adds downtown lodging and could anchor future hotel investment, though parking on the small lot is tight.
