Marshall Parkway interchange at I-95
Summary
A new I-95 interchange at Marshall Parkway would relieve congestion at the Becker Road and Tradition Parkway interchanges, but current state funding puts construction between 2041 and 2050. Council endorsed a west-only connection with braided ramps and rejected any east connection through the Rosser neighborhood.

Impact analysis
Funding is currently programmed by FDOT for 2041–2050; expediting would require finding additional state, local, or partnership funding.
Western Port St. Lucie residents, Costco-area and southern economic development traffic, and truckers who could avoid the Becker interchange all stand to gain.
If an east connection were ever pursued, Rosser Lakes neighborhood residents and the city's perpetually preserved Rosser Lakes parcel would be directly impacted — the majority of council opposed it.
