Residents described near-misses, a recent fatality, and brutal delays turning into Waterford Point, and said adding 1,168 daily trips makes a dangerous intersection worse. The applicant's traffic engineer acknowledged side-street delays and agreed to raise a deceleration lane and signal timing with FDOT and Broward County.
