FDR Power Substation Expansion

A Parkway Boulevard property owner said Duke Energy put poles on his land, removed his survey markers, and parked equipment on his property without consent — and he worried the expansion would bring more of the same.

The owner's daughter echoed the concerns, describing tree-cutting, equipment parking and wrecked entrance access, and said the family has papers documenting it all.
