Pine Street land use change / Terra contamination

A 75-year-old master gardener said the former Terra site is contaminated and geotechnically unstable per county records, and denied the developer's claim that neighbors were properly notified of the January 6 meeting.

A retired boat builder whose property borders the site said he personally witnessed toxic dumping there and never wants the property developed, citing 2011 water tests finding solvents.
