Testified that the neighbor's dog Smokey crossed into her yard and viciously attacked her tethered dog Charlie on two separate occasions.

Described the severity of the attacks on her dog Charlie and expressed ongoing fear and safety concerns regarding the neighboring property.

Witnessed the Christmas Eve attack and stated that Smokey rushed out of the gate and attacked Charlie like a laser beam while Charlie was tethered.

Testified about an earlier unrecorded incident where Smokey pulled his owner across the street and attacked her dog in her yard.
