Billboard setback amendment

The LDR Committee chairman said the committee debated the same questions and supports placing signs on the property line; he personally dislikes billboards but said the change puts them in the right place.

The applicant said the change isn't about more billboards but about planning sign locations up front in commercial developments, and he agreed to a minimum height requirement.
