Finch settlement

Angry that the settlement he agreed to two months ago was pulled from the agenda at the last minute; said he never wanted to sue the city and just wants the deal honored.

Asked the commission to address James Finch's comments and whether Vicky Gaynor remains under the Phoenix discrimination lawsuit.

Explained he had agreed to drop his suit against Vicky Gaynor in exchange for her dropping hers against the city, but the city's attorneys wanted the full deal dropped; he reluctantly agreed but says the deal must now be honored.
