37th Street cut-through

Spoke for 37th Street residents worried about safety, traffic, drainage, and property values if a cut-through to Hawkes Landing is built; said they learned of it only through Facebook.

Said 37th Street was a dead-end residential street long before Hawkes Landing and the school, and asked the city to prove a through-road is the least disruptive solution.
