Said she only learned of the hearing through neighbors' emails; described her daughter's crash on SR 44, warned about dangerous curves and the second entry route through Harbor Shores, and urged the board not to lower home standards.

Highlighted the Haynes Creek bridge's weight limit and steel plates, urged that the right-turn lane and traffic light are mandatory, and warned that the convoluted second entry would slow emergency trucks.
