FY 2027 CRA Operating Budget/Community Investment Program

Anna Current spoke in strong opposition to the continuation of the CRA, urging the board to establish an early sunset plan. She argued that the agency has fulfilled its original purpose and that diverting property tax revenues to the coastal corridor creates an inequitable burden on residents outside the district.
