Called the process rushed and an 'information blackout,' asked whether public land at 1301 S. Ocean Drive is set up as a donor site feeding density to the Hollywood Beach Resort, and said staff's non-answer should be on the record.

Thanked the boards but said the city keeps pushing unvetted items, distrusted the process and the related development money, and asked that the vote be deferred for more study.

Urged conditional approval only if no development rights could transfer until a finalized feasibility study returned, said residents are being shut out, and demanded 'give us back our city.'

Said the public is being hidden from the real documents, compared the draft proposal's look to Sunny Isles, and criticized attorney Keith Poliakoff and the pace of the process.
