Sunrise FTL Ventures mixed-use tower

A Sunrise East resident and former board president said neighbors want the project built now, praised the developer's cooperation, and said his building's own car ownership patterns suggest the proposed parking is adequate.

Speaking for the Sunrise East board, she said residents are eager for the project, look forward to new sidewalks and landscaping, and believe parking and traffic will be fine since most hotel guests use rideshares.
