Neighborhood notification requirements

The Beverly Heights Association president said mailed notice of a nearby project reached her neighbor but not her, and asked for verifiable mailing lists and mailings that look official so residents open them.

The Beverly Heights Association secretary said her eight-home townhouse association got no notice of a nearby project two years ago and asked the board to tighten notice rules for residential areas.
