Central City CRA Land Use Plan Amendment

The Middle River Terrace Neighborhood Association president said most concerns were worked out beforehand and thanked CRA acting director Vanessa Martin for expediting the long-delayed consultant hiring.

A CRA advisory board member reminded commissioners of the board's earlier communication asking that the land use amendment be scoped only to planned rezoning areas, not the entire CRA.
