Case 25-2138 code violations

The property owner argued backyard photos violated his Fourth Amendment rights, blamed his neighbor Phil Stone for the complaint, insisted his vehicles are licensed and his yard decorations are legal, and said he won't pay any fine on his homesteaded forever home.

The complainant presented dated photographs from January and March showing the accumulation, said two large commercial trailers prompted his complaint, and objected to being treated as a ordinary member of the public limited to three minutes since he's the complainant.
