Atlantic Avenue Beautification and Maintenance

Spoke on behalf of the Palm Trail neighborhood advocating for the revitalization and reimagining of Veterans Park as a signature waterfront destination.

Expressed concerns about the east end of Atlantic Avenue regarding narrow sidewalks, lack of shade trees, and traffic noise while emphasizing the importance of protecting Delray's 'Village by the Sea' identity.

Thanked the DDA for supporting the Multicultural Youth Festival and providing gallery space at the Cornell Art Museum for student artwork.

Suggested adding murals to the Old School Square parking garage to enhance aesthetics and deter vandalism.

Urged the City to ensure representation from the Northwest/S.E.T. Community on any beautification or planning committees.
