LED message board at Fiske and Dixon (Helow Park)
Summary
Councilman Hearn wants a public-safety message board in an area of the city where residents say they miss city announcements, especially with hurricane season approaching. The council couldn't agree on funding — the leftover Junior Rios splash pad money belongs to Weeks' district — so it was tabled.

Impact analysis

Residents near Fiske and Dixon, particularly in Districts 2 and 4, would get emergency and city announcements they currently miss.
