Description

A waiver request to raise the fence height cap from 6 to 8 feet so the apartment complex can replace about 1,025 feet of broken-down fencing with a wooden stockade security fence on its north and south sides. About 230 feet was already covered by a 1992 variance, leaving 795 feet needing the new waiver.
