Zoning and future land use conflict on West King Street

The elderly owner of 555 and 557 West King Street says a zoning/future land use conflict has stalled his property sale for over a year, causing real hardship, and he asked the council to fix it.

Brown's broker said the city has refused to put its intentions in writing, so no buyer will move forward, and warned of escalation if it isn't resolved.
