Sanctuary at Cocoa townhomes traffic

A Cocoa native and former student of Mayor Blake questioned whether Cox Road infrastructure can handle the added traffic from the townhomes plus 600+ nearby apartments, questioned the traffic study timing, and raised concerns about the tax impact of donating developable wetland land to the city.
